Can I customize an order?

Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, sleeve styles, and other minor adjustments. For customization requests, please contact us at +91 98188 70179 or email us at customersupport@makinfashion.com.

For plus sizes (XL and above, bust size 40.5 inches and above), an additional charge of 10% to 15% of the retail product price will be applicable depending on the customization.


 

Does the price of the product change for a customized order?

The price remains unchanged if the product is ordered exactly as displayed on our website. However, if customization is requested (such as color changes, sleeve adjustments, etc.), an additional customization charge will be added to the final billing amount accordingly.

If the product was purchased on sale, customization or alteration charges will apply.


 

Can I request a change in color of the product?

Yes, color changes are possible. However, some products may look best in specific shades. Therefore, we provide a palette of color options to choose from.

How do I know my size?

You can refer to our standard size chart available on the product page. We also encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order so that the product can be made specifically to your size.

Our products are specially designed for you. You can send us your measurements after placing an order so that the product can be made specifically to your size.

Please note that an additional charge may apply for orders with a bust size of more than 40.5 inches.


 

How do I make the payment?

Payments can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit or debit cards.

What if I want to change or cancel an existing order?

As per our policy, we do not make any changes to orders once they have been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after confirmation.


 

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us.

For international shipping, charges will be additional and will depend on the weight, volume of the product, and the destination country. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.


 

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

All our products are handcrafted and specially chosen for you. We photograph our products under standard lighting conditions to ensure that the image displayed is as close as possible to the actual product.

However, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in fabric dyes, prints, embroidery, or monitor display settings.


 

What are your delivery options?

We offer doorstep delivery for all orders.

What happens if I order multiple products?

If multiple products with different dispatch dates are ordered, they will be shipped together as one shipment once the complete order is ready.

What is the time frame for receiving orders?

All our products are hand embroidered, sewn, and made to measure. The delivery timeline is usually between 30 to 60 days depending on the order and any customizations requested.

If you require your order on priority, please contact us and we will get back to you regarding the possibility.


 

How do I get my product altered?

We usually keep a 4-inch margin in our custom-made products. While measurements are generally accurate, minor alterations may sometimes be required.

As these garments are handcrafted, we may require at least two trials to achieve the perfect fit. The final delivery timeline will depend on the alteration requirements.

Please note that shipping charges for alterations must be borne by the client.


 

How much time does it take for alterations?

Alterations typically take around one to two weeks depending on the product and the type of alteration required.

Shipping charges for alterations must be paid by the client.


 

How do we send the order for alterations?

If alterations are required, you may courier the product to our studio in MM Road, Frazer Town Bangalore or drop it off at our Flagship Store at MM Road, Frazer Town Bangalore.

Please note that we do not offer pickup services for alteration requests and the cost of sending the product must be borne by the client.


 

I purchased the product from a multi-brand outlet. Can alterations be done?

For products purchased from a multi-brand outlet, please contact the respective outlet directly for alterations.


 

Are there any additional charges?

Additional charges apply for customized orders. For plus sizes (XL and above, bust size above 40.5 inches), a charge of 10% to 20% of the retail product price will apply.

Alterations on products purchased during sale or discount will also incur additional charges depending on the required alteration.


 

What if I do not like my product? Is there a refund policy?

All our products are handcrafted and made specially for you based on your requests. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us at +91 8050030643 or email customersupport@makinfashion.com. Our team will assist you and stay in touch to resolve your concerns.

However, we follow a strict no refund and no cancellation policy.
